We offer standard fast shipping method for all orders. All our products are shipped from our 3PL warehouse located at various locations in the United States. The average shipping time is 2-7 business days.

How can I track my order?

What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 20 days after it was shipped, please contact us at care@kixa-life.com. We'll  resend a new one or give you a full refund.
